Financing Your Holiday Home at Rockley Park

A deposit will be required to purchase your Holiday Home and we offer a range of finance options to help you finance the purchase of your Caravan.

Deposit

A cash deposit of either a minimum of £3,000 or 25% of the value of the Holiday Home is required, whichever is greater. Income earned by joining the Guaranteed Letting Agreement can be used to offset the purchase of your Holiday Home.

Most Owners look to take advantage of the favourable finance options available exclusively to Rockley Park. These include guaranteed finance acceptance and guaranteed fixed rates, including 0% finance subject to status and deposit criteria, written quotations available on request.
